Another successful year for expanding recruitment consultancy

North East based recruitment consultancy Archibald & Dutch is celebrating a second successful year in business with a significant increase in both turnover and profit.

The company, which was established by Nicky Archibald at the beginning of 2004, has built a client base across the UK and abroad, ranging from FTSE and AIM listed companies to owner managed businesses. Archibald & Dutch specialises in placing candidates in permanent and interim management and board level positions within manufacturing, fmcg and retail, although the Company has attracted clients from a number of other sectors, including the service industry and engineering.

Prior to establishing the business, Nicky Archibald spent 15 years in the manufacturing sector and saw a niche in the market to use her knowledge and expertise to help companies find high calibre candidates. “Our clients seem to appreciate our hands-on, down to earth approach”, says Nicky Archibald and we offer total flexibility with a range of benefits on the basis that no two businesses are the same”.

The Company has recently moved into larger offices in Newcastle and is planning to expand the team with an additional consultant later this year.
