To maintain continuity, we ensure the same consultant works on the assignment right the way through. As well as researching the client's organisation to get a real sense of its culture, ethos and aims, the consultant will visit the client to take a detailed brief, which is critical in helping to find the ideal candidate. Because our consultants offer the benefit of their own extensive, practical experience of the sectors we serve, they are able to fully understand our clients’ needs and identify the most suitable candidates.
After visiting the client and discussing the brief in detail, the consultant will advise about the most suitable recruitment methods to fulfil the assignment. This unique, bespoke approach ensures our services are tailored to the needs of each client, resulting in an excellent fit between client and candidate. We do not simply send out CVs but prepare a detailed, individual commentary to accompany the CV, which provides the client with valuable, additional information for each short-listed candidate. In essence, we will always go the extra mile to ensure the people we put forward are offering an excellent fit with your organisation.
Our fees are agreed and fixed at the outset of the assignment and detailed in a proposal, which is sent to every client before we start the recruitment process.
