How we do it
- We visit all clients to understand the position to be filled, the type of candidate sought and the culture and core values of the company. Getting the 'right people' is essential for the continuing success of the organisation
- We advise on the most suitable recruitment methods, bespoke to each assignment, which we detail in a full proposal to the client
- All our consultants are graduates, multi-lingual and have substantial experience within industry, which makes client meetings and candidate interviews more effective
- The same consultant works on the assignment right through to provide continuity and ease of contact for the client
- We always interview candidates before submitting them to the client and we provide additional relevant information not included in candidate CVs
- Our fees are dependant upon the complexity of the task, the method of recruitment selected, the type of candidate sought and the level of input required from the consultant. They are always agreed in advance
- We will take up candidate references if required
- We organise the shorlist interviews and provide the key interface between client and candidate
- We will never directly approach employees of a client company
