How we do it

• Through discussion and interview, we get to know the candidate and their career aspirations
• We prepare a commentary for clients that provides information not contained in the CV, which assists understanding of the candidate's background, qualities, skills and attributes
• We guide candidates and keep them informed through each stage of the recruitment process
